D3 Clinic accepts denture referrals from general dentists, oral surgeons, and dental practices across Sydney. We provide a streamlined cross-referral process that respects the existing relationship between you and your patient.
Any planned surgical treatment — such as extractions — is completed by the referring provider. The denture process is managed entirely by D3 Clinic.
1. Submit a referral — Use our online referral form below, email us, or have the patient bring a completed referral slip to their appointment.
2. We acknowledge receipt — We confirm we have received the referral and discuss any specific concerns about the case.
3. We contact your patient — We schedule their consultation and treatment plan appointment directly.
4. We keep you informed — You receive updates throughout treatment. If any changes to the treatment plan are needed, we contact you first.
5. Case completion — Once the denture is delivered, we provide a detailed case report and treatment summary for your records and the patient’s ongoing care.

Partial dentures — Acrylic, chrome, and flexible options.
Implant-retained dentures — Overdentures that clip onto existing implants. We fabricate the denture and attachment housing. We do not place implants.
Immediate dentures — Coordinated with the referring dentist or surgeon performing the extractions.
Denture repairs, relines, and adjustments — Including same day repairs (before 10am where possible).
