What You Can Expect From Us
As a referring dentist, you play an integral part in your patient’s denture fabrication. We use a cross-referral system that values the existing relationships of our patients with their referring dentists. Any planned treatment—such as extractions—is completed by the dentists in our referral network. At the same time, the denture process is entirely completed here in our clinic.
When you identify a patient who needs dentures and refer them to our office, we will obtain current records and imaging via our standardised D3 Clinic referral form. Once the required documents are submitted (either via email, referral slip or through our dedicated referral portal), we will acknowledge their receipt and discuss any specific concerns you have about the patient's case.
Finally, our staff will contact your patient to schedule their consultation and treatment plan appointment. If any changes need to be made to the original treatment plan, we will contact their referring provider.
After your patient’s denture fabrication and delivery are complete, D3 Clinic will close their referral and provide referring dentists with a detailed case report and treatment summary for ongoing care.
